Podcasts You Need to Get Through 2021

In case you haven’t already noticed, podcasts have been gaining more popularity in the recent year as people start to get busier and turn to multitasking. Unlike reading or watching a video, podcasts don’t necessarily require you to set time and attention aside. Plus, they’re also easily accessible through platforms like iTunes and Spotify, often zero cost.

Just like how you’d listen to music or the radio, podcasts are great to listen and keep your mind occupied while commuting, cooking, showering or cleaning. Aside from giving you the entertainment you need, some podcasts also end up teaching us a thing or two about life, society and the world that we live in.

On that note, we’ve put together a list of light-hearted and relatable podcasts to keep you laughing.

Mamak Sessions

Started by a Malaysian Youtuber, content creator and former radio host Jin Lim (JinnyBoy), Mamak Sessions is a podcast where folks hang out and talk as they would at a “mamak stall(Malaysian coffee shop). Topics can range from real, in-depth conversations on personal experiences to absurd trends in Malaysia. This podcast will keep you updated with what’s happening in Malaysia.
