SUMMARY

As a key member of our agency, you will be working closely with both our internal team and external partners to craft paid social content on creators’ platforms (TikTok). You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch for Creators to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for all communication and liaison with clients
     

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators by assigning campaigns and leading in creation of proposals and briefs
     

  • Serve as the liaison between client and creators
     

  • Analyse incoming briefs and ideate TikTok campaigns in partnership with creators, providing recommendations throughout the execution process
     

  • Work with creators in developing storyboards and concepts that meet client objectives
     

  • Maintain rapport with creators and clients to scale business growth on behalf of the company
     

  • Participate in creative and social brainstorms
     

  • Track analytics and performance of campaigns, advise clients on post-campaign key learnings and recommendations in order to grow key accounts
     

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of social metrics (growth, reach, engagement) across platforms and provide tactics and strategy where necessary
     

  • Ideate with internal team, creators, and clients for original content based on campaign briefs
     

  • Identify the up-and-coming trends and creators that are current in pop-culture (we’re looking for someone who knows everything Gen-Z!)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • At least one year of relevant marketing experience
     

  • Strong understanding of trends on social media and across social media platforms
     

  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines with strong project management skills
     

  • Highly organised and adept and managing multiple projects at once
     

  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a team
     

  • An avid user of social media across all platforms, but particularly short-form content!
     

  • Current knowledge of current trends, events, and everything related to pop-culture and social media
     

  • Willingness to learn and be challenged
     

  • Proficient in creating content (static content and short-form content is key, so familiarity with iPhone tools and apps is necessary)
     

  • Interest and ability to analyse data around user engagement, viewership, and social media activity
