Play a key role in assisting our social media team in creating, editing, and conceptualising content across our channels, as well as our existing and new client’s social channels.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement across platforms including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok.

  • Curate and generate compelling, high-quality content for social media channels, encompassing well-crafted written posts, captivating images, and engaging videos.

  • Implement a meticulously planned content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of social media content, while considering seasonal trends, industry events, and company announcements.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using advanced analytics tools, providing regular reports and valuable insights to refine strategies, enhance audience reach, and maximize engagement.

  • Remain up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, proactively suggesting innovative ideas to elevate our social media presence and drive substantial growth.

  • Able to work independently to execute projects remotely from Kuala Lumpur while maintaining collaborative efforts with the team in Singapore

  • Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels, ensuring messaging aligns harmoniously with our company's values, mission, and target audience.

  • Identify and leverage influential partnerships and collaborations with industry thought leaders and key influencers to amplify brand reach and foster meaningful engagement.

  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify social media trends, benchmark against industry competitors, and recommend strategic differentiators to fortify our company's social media presence.

  • Stay well-informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance guidelines, meticulously ensuring that all social media content strictly adheres to legal and ethical standards.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize our social media profiles for enhanced search engine visibility (SEO), employing relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions to maximize organic reach and impact.


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience in photography, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design is a plus.
